Take a New Year's Day stroll along Riverside, Cambridge to the Museum of Technology. Open on the first Sunday afternoon of each month during the winter season, the museum's Print Shop will be open to print your new year's greetings!

Thursday 26 January, 2017: Robert Lloyd Parry reads Charles Dickens' The Signalman

Back by popular demand! Following his sold-out dramatised reading of Charles Dickens' The Signalman in November 2016, Robert Lloyd Parry will return to the atmospheric Old Pumping Station in the Cambridge Museum of Technology to perform this classic ghost story. Robert Lloyd Parry, aka Nunkie Theatre, returns to the Museum of Technology in a fundraiser for the redevelopment of the Engineer's House. Robert will be reading two short stories by H.G. Wells. Performance and ticket information here.

Summer Opening Schedule: Museum Opens Weekly from Sun 23 April

The summer opening schedule for Cambridge Museum of Technology will begin on Sunday 23 April 2017: the museum will open weekly, on Sundays from 2pm-5pm throughout the summer, until the major redevelopment project funded by Heritage Lottery Fund (“Steam, Sewage and Semiconductors”) commences.

Wednesday 26 April 2017, 7.30pm: Robert Lloyd Parry reads Sherlock Homes by Arthur Conan Doyle

Robert Lloyd Parry returns to Cambridge Museum of Technology with rehearsed readings of two tales of Sherlock Holmes in the atmospheric surroundings of the Engine Room. Tickets £12 available to purchase online in advance.

Summer at Museum: German-style biergarten by Thirsty

Open as part of the museum's summer programme, Thirsty Cambridge will be hosting a German-style biergarten from Friday 28 April 2017 until the end of September, every Friday (afternoon and evening), Saturday (daytime and evening) and Sunday (daytime and evening). Food, drink, children's activities, music and entertainment.
