Still going ahead.. Cambridge Industrial Archaeology Group’s Christmas talk will be given by museum member John Flood on a subject close to Cambridge’s heart; the not so humble bicycle.

The talk will trace the history of the bicycle up until the present day and John plans to use his vintage overhead projector to present his illustrations.

Hot drinks and mince pies will be served.
Tickets for the talk are available on the door for £3 a head, £2 for students and free for Museum of Technology members and volunteers.

This is our last talk of 2022, the programme will start again in March 2023 with Becky Proctor, the Heritage Officer at Royal Papworth Hospital.
