Museum of Technology wins Heritage Lottery Fund Support

We are thrilled to announce that Heritage Lottery Fund has confirmed a grant of £1.32 million for ‘Steam, Sewage and Semiconductors: Preserving the Industrial History of Cambridge’.

This ambitious project will transform the site into a vibrant attraction for local people and visitors to the City as well as delivering a full programme of events, learning activities and outreach into the community.

We are now actively fundraising a further £180,000 in matching funding before the grant from HLF can be released. Don't forget to support us in any way you can!

As well as donations, we have a business sponsorship programme perfect for local businesses and those further afield with a passion or interest in technology, industry and making these important exhibits accessible to all.

The full press release can be read here. For any enquiries regarding the HLF funding, the museum or our other activities please contact us.
