① Chinese New Year Red Envelope Printing Workshop

When traditional British letterpress printing meets the Chinese New Year, a one-of-a-kind red envelope is born in your hands.

Red envelopes carry wishes of good fortune and blessings — and this one will also capture a special memory of celebrating Chinese New Year in the UK in 2026.

From designing motifs and carving printing plates to inking and pressing, you’ll create your own New Year red envelope using historic British printing techniques. Parents are welcome to join with children and become “little printers” together.
